Box Office Open On Event Days Only
The Box Office will be open one hour prior to the event's scheduled door time. An event's door time can be found on the Upcoming Events Page.

All purchases (online and at the box office) are subject to the same service fees.
Method of Payment
All tickets are mobile as part of the venue's COVID-19 safety protocol. Tickets sold from the box office are delivered to the customer's mobile device upon purchase.
All major credit cards are accepted.
Ticket Will Call
All tickets are now mobile and can be managed or transferred directly from your phone. Will call is no longer available.
Media Will Call

Accessible/Disabled Seating
Accessible/Disabled seating is available on both levels of the arena. Accessible seating is available through www.ticketmaster.com , at the Legacy Arena box office.
Accessible parking spaces are located on Legacy Arena property. Vehicles legally displaying disabled license plates or window cards are permitted to park in these designated spaces.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances. Subject to change per tour management.
