Our Guest Services team is ready to help with any questions you may have about the services and amenities at Legacy Arena. Please feel free to visit the Guest Services Desk behind Section 105 for all of your needs.

ADA Accessible Tickets

Legacy Arena has accessible/disabled seating options on both levels of the venue. This seating can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) may be checked out, free of charge, on a first come, first served basis, at the Guest Services Desk located outside Section 105. A valid I.D. or credit card is required to ensure the return of equipment.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Locations

An AED is a device used to administer an electric shock through the chest wall of the heart. A built in computer assesses the patient's heart rhythm, judges whether defibrillation is needed and then administers the shock. Audible and / or visual prompts guide the user through the process.

An AED machine is located on the main concourse at the Guest Services Desk behind Section 105, in First Aid behind Section 109, and on the suite level in the northwest and southeast corners. These portable models allow non-medical personnel to respond to a medical emergency where defibrillation is required.

ATMs

Two cash-to-card kiosks will be available around the arena for those who prefer not to use their own cards or who prefer to carry cash. Guests will be able to feed the cash into the machine and obtain a pre-paid debit card with the same amount with no transaction fee. These cards can be utilized as any other pre-paid debit card or credit card within the stadium as well as outside the stadium.

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are located throughout the venue in various men's, women's and all family restrooms.

Ear Protection

A limited number of child-size ear protective headsets are available at guest services (located by section 105) on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid ID is required to ensure the return of equipment. Disposable ear-plugs are also available upon request (based on availability) at guest services.

Elevators

Legacy Arena features three (3) elevators. Two are located at the NE and SE sides of the arena, and another in the westside the main concourse behind Section 105 for access to the hospitality suite.

Emergencies

Legacy Arena personnel have been trained in proper emergency preparedness. Please follow the direction of Security or Guest Services personnel in the event of an emergency.

In the event of an emergency where evacuation of the building is necessary, you will be informed via public address announcement and scoreboard message to do so. Please remain calm and walk towards the nearest exit. Follow posted signs, staff instructions, and listen for announcements for specific information. If you become separated from your party, the general meeting area for patrons is the north berm farthest from the building. In the instance of severe weather or other outside threats, you will be directed via public address announcement to remain inside the building and staff will direct you where it is safe to seek shelter.
