Purchasing Tickets
Online: Purchase tickets for arena events online at www.ticketmaster.com.
In Person: Purchase tickets in person at the Legacy Arena Box Office located at:
9030 Hwy 5
Douglasville, GA 30134
Please note that the Box Office is only open on event days and an hour before doors open.
Ticket Scams
Ticketmaster.com is the only official online point of purchase for verified tickets to events at Legacy Arena.
If you purchase tickets from another website or ticket "broker", Legacy Arena cannot guarantee that those tickets are legitimate and for that reason cannot assist you with any subsequent problems resulting from them.
ADA Seating
Legacy Arena is equipped with ADA Accessibility entrances and seating. Wheelchair/mobility and vision accessible seating may be purchased in person at the Legacy Arena box office. Otherwise, it must be purchased through Ticketmaster.com. Guests that require ADA Accessibility Seating must request this at the time of ticket purchase.
Mobile Entry
For events that allow mobile entry, download the Ticketmaster App and follow the instructions under “How Do I Use Mobile Entry?” to access your ticket. Please have your ticket ready prior to entering Legacy Arena.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices are provided free of charge at the Guest Service Center located outside section 105. A driver’s license or credit card will be held as a security deposit.
